SMS Messaging Program Terms
These Terms govern your use of queensloungeoc.com. This website and digital communications are managed by Level 1 Promotion Inc., a California corporation that provides marketing and branding services for Queens Lounge.
By opting in to receive text messages from Queens Lounge, you agree to the following terms governing our SMS communications program.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Queens Lounge website at QueensLoungeOC.com, our SMS messaging program, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing our website, submitting a reservation or inquiry form, texting a keyword to our number, or opting in to SMS communications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy.
SMS Opt-In Methods & Consent
Queens Lounge collects SMS consent through the following verified opt-in methods. Consent is always explicit, voluntary, and never a condition of purchase or service.
Guests 21+ may submit their phone number via our contact, reservation, or private event inquiry form at QueensLoungeOC.com. The form includes an unchecked opt-in checkbox adjacent to the phone number field with the following disclosure:

At venue events, guests 21+ may complete a physical sign-up card containing their phone number and a printed consent statement matching the website disclosure above. Staff verify guest age via valid government-issued ID at time of sign-up. All records are stored with date, source, and phone number.
Message Content & Program Description
Queens Lounge sends SMS messages to two audiences through this program:
- Marketing & Promotions — Opted-in guests receive messages about upcoming events, themed nights, live performances, VIP table availability, drink specials, and grand opening announcements for our drag and entertainment lounge in Downtown Santa Ana, CA
- Customer Care — Guests who have made reservations or submitted private event inquiries receive booking confirmations, event reminders, follow-up communications, and responses to inbound inquiries submitted via our website or by calling (949) 444-0792
All messages will identify Queens Lounge as the sender and include opt-out instructions. We do not send messages related to financial products, loans, or other unrelated services.
Reservations & Event Bookings
Reservations made through our website or by phone are subject to availability. Queens Lounge reserves the right to modify or cancel events due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation initiated by Queens Lounge, affected guests will be notified as promptly as possible via the contact information provided.
Private event inquiries are preliminary expressions of interest and do not constitute a binding contract. A separate event agreement will be provided for private bookings, subject to deposit and cancellation terms specified therein.
Age Requirement & Venue Policies
Queens Lounge is a 21-and-over venue. Valid government-issued photo identification will be required for entry. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who cannot provide valid proof of age or who violates venue policies.
Queens Lounge prohibits harassment, discrimination, or conduct that endangers the safety or comfort of our guests, staff, or performers. Violation of venue policies may result in removal without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Queens Lounge website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and event descriptions — is the property of Queens Lounge and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Queens Lounge and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, attendance at our events, or receipt of our SMS communications.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to such claim.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Orange County, California.
